Annex
Location: The Annex is located at the rear of the Main building (Accessed directly from the shoppers car-park or through the main building).
Capacity: 32 seated theatre style; in rows.
Description: This is the largest room at the Community Centre. The floor is partially carpeted and there is vinyl floor in the kitchen and toilet areas.
It is suitable for meetings, training sessions, private functions, social events, children’s parties, cooking classes and some exercise classes. (Click on photo to view a larger size version.)
The Annex at Pt Chev Community Centre
It has its own kitchenette (with oven, microwave and fridge) and toilets (disable accessible).
There is an adjoining deck, accessible through double doors, with an all weather canopy with curtains and also a soft padded area on the ground.
The area has secure fencing. During the School Holidays the Annex is used during the day for our School Holiday Programme (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm).
Outside the Annex
Heating and cooling of the room is by way of a heat pump. A whiteboard is affixed to the wall and there is also a free-standing double sided whiteboard available.
Charges: Regular hirers Day rate (up to 5pm) $15.60 per hour
Night rate (after 5pm) $19.20 per hour
Bond $100
Casual/One off Day rate (up to 5pm) $16.20 per hour
Night rate (after 5pm) $19.80 per hour
All business bookings may attract an extra 20% on top of rates stated.
Bond $50 or $100 depending on type of function
