Description: The Lounge is a warm and sunny carpeted room facing North with two large windows (with blinds for privacy). It is suitable for meetings, hobby groups, counselling groups and small functions.
It has a T.V. and DVD player available. Heating and cooling of the room is by way of a heat pump. The room adjoins the Plunket Waiting Room but is closed off by frosted sliding doors.
Charges: Regular hirers Day rate (up to 5pm) $10.80 per hour
Night rate (after 5pm) $13.20 per hour
Bond $50
Casual/One off Day rate (up to 5pm) $11.40 per hour
Night rate (after 5pm) $13.80 per hour
Bond $50 / $100 depending on type of function
Business rates attract an extra 20% on top of rates stated
